Our Process
As professional deck builders, we take into account many aspects that other companies might overlook. We’ll make this a painless process and have your deck ready for use in under 3 days.
- Meet with client and establish their needs or problem.
- Site evaluation. Determine if the existing deck needs to be removed.
- New deck process. Determine the dimensions of the new deck.
- Orientation of the deck. We look at sun movement, prevailing wind and snow pathways as well as access from the house to outside.
- Suggestions for either taller glass panels for wind break or privacy.
- Stair location to optimize flow to and from the yard
- Railing type and layout to be determined once the deck dimensions have been established
- Any covered deck option would have the following considerations: full deck coverage. Partial deck coverage, open rafter or closed (covered).
- Site pathway for equipment and/or machinery.
- Site cleaning as we go and full clean up once completed.
- Any soil remediation will be done with top soil and seed.
